Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava implementacijo avtonomnih mobilnih robotov (AMR) MiR200 v proizvodni sistem podjetja BSH Hišni aparati d. o. o. Nazarje. Predstavljene so tehnične lastnosti vozila MiR200 in njegovo delovanje ter program MiR Fleet, ki omogoča vodenje flote AMR-jev. Podrobno je predstavljeno skeniranje oz. kartiranje prostora, ki je ključnega pomena za nadaljnje opisano programiranje vozil. V zaključku diplomske naloge je predstavljena avtomatizacija linije MUM5 z robotom MiR200, katerega naloga je avtonomen prevoz kuhinjskih robotov MUM5 s povijalne linije do skladišča.

Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis discusses the implementation of autonomous mobile robots (AMR) MiR200 into the production system of BSH Hišni aparati d.o.o. Nazarje. It presents the technical specifications of MiR200, its functionality and MiR Fleet computer program that controls a robot fleet. The thesis also presents a detailed scanning and mapping process of the production system, which is crucial for understanding the further description for the vehicle programming. At the end of the diploma thesis, the automation of the MUM5 line with the MiR200 robot, whose task is the autonomous transport of MUM5 kitchen robots from the wrapping line to the warehouse, is presented.
