Abstract
Zaradi potreb trga po visokih serijah in kratkih časih izdelave izdelkov se v industriji uporabljajo namenska visoko serijska orodja. Ena izmed teh so progresivna orodja za štancanje, s pomočjo katerih se izdelujejo kosi iz valjane pločevine.
V diplomskem delu je predstavljen potek primera progresivnega orodja za štancanje, od naročila do končne izvedbe. Preučili smo različne možnosti izdelave izdelka, zasnovali konceptne metode izdelave in jih vrednotili. Nato smo opravili potrebne preračune in izdelali konstrukcijo ter ostalo tehniško dokumentacijo orodja s programskim paketom Siemens NX. Na koncu smo orodje preizkusili in opravili potrebne korekcije.

Secondary abstract: |
Due to the market's need for high batches and short product manufacturing times, dedicated high-end serial tools are used in the industry. One of these are progressive die tools which are used to make pieces from rolled boards.
The diploma work presents the course of development of progressive die tool, from the order to the final implementation. We examined and evaluated various product manufacturing options based on conceptual manufacturing methods. Then we performed the necessary calculations, design and other technical documentation of the tool with the Siemens NX software package. In the end, we tested the tool and made the necessary corrections. |
