Abstract
Diplomska naloga je sestavljena iz dveh delov. V prvem povzemamo teoretična izhodišča o motivaciji, zadovoljstvu, nezadovoljstvu, motivacijskih dejavnikih in motivih. Namen naloge je ugotoviti stanje motiviranosti in zadovoljstva zaposlenih v podjetju X in na podlagi rezultatov vodstvu podjetja podati predloge za izboljšavo. Motivacija in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih sta ključna za dobro in natančno opravljeno delo, s katerim lahko podjetje dobro posluje. V drugem delu diplomske naloge smo ugotovili, da so v podjetju X zaposleni dokaj motivirani in zadovoljni, vendar bi lahko njihovo stopnjo motiviranosti ter zadovoljstva še povečali. Ugotovili smo, da so najbolj motivirani moški; zaposleni, stari 30-44 let ter nad 59 let; z višješolsko izobrazbo ter tisti zaposleni, ki so v podjetju do 5 let ter tisti, ki so zaposleni v režiji. Najbolj zadovoljne delavke pa so ženske; zaposleni, stari 30–40 let ter nad 59 let; zaposleni z visokošolsko in višješolsko izobrazbo; zaposleni, ki so v podjetju manj kot 5 let ter tisti, ki delajo v režiji. Podjetju X predlagamo, da vodje za povečanje motivacije pogosteje pohvalijo delavce za dobro opravljeno delo in vložijo več truda v motiviranje zaposlenih. Za povečanje zadovoljstva pa predlagamo, da se izboljša organizacija dela ter se zagotovi dodaten kader v obdobjih, ko se poveča količina dela.

Our diploma thesis consists of two parts. The first consists of theoretical summaries of facts about motivation, satisfaction, dissatisfaction, motivational factors, motives. The purpose of the thesis is to determine the state of motivation and satisfaction of employees in company X, so we can make suggestions for improvement. Motivation and employee satisfaction are key to a job done well and accurately, with which the company can growl. In the second part of the diploma thesis, we found that the employees in company X are quite motivated and satisfied, but their level of motivation and satisfaction could be further increased.We found that the most motivated employees are men; employees between 30-44 years and over 59 years; employees with higher education; those employees who are in the company under 5 years; and employees in directing. The most satisfied employees are women; employees over the age of 59 and between 30 and 40 years; employees with higher and post-secondary education; employees who are in the company under 5 years; and employees in directing. We suggest to Company X that in order to increase motivation, managers more often praise employees for a job well done and that they invest more effort in motivating employees. To increase satisfaction, we suggest that the organization of work be improved and that additional staff be provided during periods of increased workload. |
