Abstract

Diplomska naloga obravnava opis in optimizacijo postopka laserskega razreza pločevin, v podjetju Aluminium Kety Emmi, d. o. o. . V tem delu je opisan razvoj laserskega razreza pločevine, nastanek laserske svetlobe, lasersko rezanje in osnovna razdelitev laserjev. Naloga obravnava korake, vse od zasnove in modeliranja izbranega obdelovanca, izbire materiala ter vse do praktične izdelave izdelka na stroju. Glavni del diplomske naloge predstavlja primerjava opazovanih parametrov obdelave pred in po posameznih optimizacijah. Te so temeljile na izbiri različnih dimenzij pločevin, ki so bile na razpolago v danem trenutku. Z opravljenimi optimizacijami smo podjetju zagotovili, da lahko kljub spremembam dimenzij pločevin na trgu, v vsakem trenutku vzamejo pločevino, ki jim v tistem trenutku najbolj ustreza. Rezultat naloge se odraža v preračunih in komentarjih, v katerih so zajeti vsi parametri obdelave in stroški, ki se pri tem pojavijo.

Secondary abstract: The thesis describes the process of laser sheet metal cutting and its optimisation in company Aluminium Kety Emmi d.o.o. This thesis describes the development of sheet metal cutting, laser light generation, laser cutting and basic laser splitting. It discusses the steps, from the design and modeling of the selected workpiece, the choice of material, to the practical manufacture of the product on the machine. The main part of the thesis is comparison of observed processing parameters before and after individual optimizations. They are based on the choice of the different sheet metal dimensions available at a given time. With the performed optimizations, we assured the company that despite the changes in dimensions of sheet metal on the market, it is the best one at any given time. The result is reflected in the calculations and comments, which include all processing parameters and costs incurred.
