Abstract

Kadrovska podhranjenost v policiji je aktualna tema že zadnjih deset let. Za to obstaja več razlogov. Eden izmed glavnih je zagotovo ukinitev šolanja med letoma 2010 in 2015 ter zmanjšanje dovoljenega števila zaposlenih med letoma 2007 in 2017. Pomanjkanje kadrov v policiji vpliva na delo policistov, predvsem uniformiranih policistov, ki delajo na terenu. Cilj diplomske naloge je bil raziskati vpliv pomanjkanja kadrov na delo uniformiranih policistov, zaposlenih na PP PU Celje, ki delajo na terenu. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da so uniformirani policisti, ki delajo na terenu, seznanjeni z vzroki in posledicami pomanjkanja kadrov, kar čutijo tudi pri svojem delu, saj se z njimi srečajo vsaj enkrat na pol leta. Največji vpliv pa se kaže v zasebnem oziroma družinskem življenju policistov. Zaradi omenjenega predlagamo, da bi se uvedel stalni urnik dela in seznanitev z okvirnim delovnim razporedom 30 dni vnaprej.

Secondary abstract: Lack of staff in the police has been a topical issue lately. Especially in the last ten years, there has been a lot of talk about it. There are several reasons for this situation, one of the main ones being the termination of schooling between 2010 and 2015 and the reduction of the number of employees between 2007 and 2017. The lack of police staff affects the work of police officers, especially uniformed police officers. working in the field. The aim of the diploma thesis was to investigate the impact of the lack of staff on the work of uniformed police officers employed at the Celje Police Department who work in the field. The results of the survey showed that uniformed police officers working in the field are well aware of the reasons that led to the shortage of staff as well as the consequences. Uniformed police officers working in the field feel all the listed consequences of the lack of staff or they meet with them every six months. Most of all, the lack of staff, which affects their work and causes other consequences, affects the private or. family life of police officers. Due to the above, we propose to introduce a permanent work schedule and acquaintance with the indicative work schedule 30 days in advance.
