Abstract

V teoretičnem delu sem predstavila pogoje, ki so potrebni za ustanovitev društva in prikazala, kaj je potrebno za uspešno pripravo elaborata za pričetek delovanja društva po postopkih projektnega managementa. V empiričnem delu sem z anketo in intervjujem preverila zastavljene hipoteze. Ugotovila sem, da je v nalogi predstavljen elaborat potrebno dodelati in da se mladim sicer zdi pomembno poznavanje ter ohranjanje dolenjskih tradicionalnih jedi, a niso vključeni v društva, niti nimajo interesa za vključevanje v novoustanovljeno društvo za ohranjanje dolenjske kulinarike. Največ znanja o dolenjskih tradicionalnih jedeh mladi pridobivajo doma od staršev in starih staršev, med najbolj prepoznavne dolenjske tradicionalne jedi pa uvrščajo štruklje. Tradicionalna dolenjska hrana se na jedilniku povprečne lokalne družine pojavi manj kot enkrat tedensko.

Secondary abstract: In the theoretical part, I presented the conditions required for the establishment of an association and what is required for the successful preparation of an appropriate study for the launch of the association according to project management steps. In the empirical part, I tested the validity of the hypotheses with a survey and an interview. I found that the association’s study needs improvements, and that young people find it important to know and preserve traditional Dolenjska dishes, but they rarely get involved in associations that try to preserve the culinary heritage, and they have little interest in getting involved in a newly-founded association of that kind. They have gained knowledge about culinary heritage at home, from their parents and grandparents, they list štruklji amongst the most recognizable traditional dishes of Dolenjska region, and traditional Dolenjska dishes are on average fewer than once a week on the average local family's menu.
