Abstract
V diplomski nalogi smo sintetizirali visoko porozne polimerne materiale s tiol/en polimerizacijo emulzije z visokim deležem notranje faze (HIP emulzije). Pripravili smo emulzijo tipa voda v olju (V/O), kjer je bil volumski delež vodne faze 75%. Izvajali smo polimerizacijo kontinuirne faze emulzije s fotopolimerizacijo v UV komori. Sintetizirane poliHIPE materiale smo očistili v Soxhletovem aparatu, kjer smo kot topilo uporabili propan-2-ol. Pri sintezi smo uporabili tri kombinacije monomerov TT/1,6-HDDA, tris (2-(3-merkaptopropioniloksil)etil) izocianurat /1,6-HDDA in TMPTMP/1,6-HDDA. Pri vsakem paru monomerov smo sintezo opravili pri treh različnih razmerjih med tiolno in alkensko funkcionalno skupino (1:1, 1:2 in 1:3). Kot vodno fazo smo uporabili raztopino CaCl2 x 6H2O (Wp=1,76g / 100mL H2O). Končne produkte smo okarakterizirali s termogravimetrično analizo (TGA), s Fourierjevo transformacijsko infrardečo spektroskopijo (FTIR), z adsorbcijskim porozimetrom, vrstičnim elektronskim mikroskopom (SEM) in z elementnim analizatorjem. V tem zaključnem delu so zbrani podatki vseh izvedenih sintez in vsi izmerjeni rezultati. Podana je tudi diskusija rezultatov z grafi in slikami posnetimi med izvajanjem diplomske naloge.

The main objective of this thesis was synthesis of highly porous polymeric materials with thiol/en polymerization of an emulsion with a high proportion of internal phase (HIP emulsion). A water-in-oil (W / O) emulsion was prepared where the aqueous phase proportion was 75%. The polymerization of the continuous phase of high internal phase emulsion was carried out with photopolymerization in the UV chamber. Synthesized polyHIPE materials were cleaned in a Soxhlet apparatus, where propan-2-ol was used as solvent. Three combinations of monomers TT / 1,6-HDDA, tris (2- (3-mercaptopropionyloxyl) ethyl) isocyanurate / 1,6-HDDA and TMPTMP / 1,6-HDDA were used in the synthesis. For each pair of monomers, the synthesis was performed at three different ratios between the thiol and alkene functional groups (1:1, 1:2 and 1:3). A solution of CaCl2 x 6H2O (Wp = 1.76g / 100mL H2O) was used as the aqueous phase. The final products were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR),porosimeter scanning electron microscope (SEM) and elemental analysis. This thesis contains data on all performed syntheses and all measured results. It also contains the discussion of the results with graphs and images which were obtained in this work. |
