Abstract

V magistrskem delu predstavljamo izsledke raziskave besedja iz pomenskega polja sadovnjak in vrt v govoru Velike Varnice. Območje sodi v panonsko narečno skupino, tamkajšnji prebivalci pa govorijo haloško narečje. V teoretičnem delu smo Veliko Varnico geografsko umestili in opisali, predstavili smo tudi zgodovino tega območja. Krajevni govor Velike Varnice smo narečno umestili in dodali njegov glasoslovni oris. Osrednji del magistrskega dela obsega slovarsko urejeno in fonetično zapisano besedje. 162 leksemov, zbranih na terenu s pomočjo Vprašalnice za zbiranje narečnega gradiva Francke Benedik, smo slovarsko uredili in jih analizirali glede na izvor. Ugotavljali smo tudi zastopanost gradiva v Slovarju slovenskega knjižnega jezika in v Pleteršnikovem Slovensko-nemškem slovarju. Ugotovili smo, da je v krajevnem govoru Velike Varnice največ besedja slovanskega izvora, med prevzetimi leksemi je največ germanizmov. Večina zbranega gradiva je zabeležena v obeh knjižnih slovarjih.

Secondary abstract: The master's thesis presents the results of a research of the lexis from the semantic field of orchard and garden in the local speech of Velika Varnica. This area is a part of the Pannonian dialectal group, and its inhabitants speak the Haloze dialect. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the geographical and historical characteristics of the area. We have classified the local speech of Velika Varnica and added its phonetic description. The main part of the thesis shows phonetically transcripted lexis presented in two dictionaries. By the field survey based on Francka Benedik's Guide to the Collection of Dialectal Materials, we have collected 162 lexemes and analyses their origin. We have compared the lexis with this in the Dictionary of Standard Slovene Language (sl. Slovar slovenskega knjižnega jezika) and Slovenian-German Dictionary by Maks Pleteršnik (sl. Pleteršnikov Slovensko-nemški slovar). We have concluded that the local speech of Velika Varnica shows the prevalence of the lexis of Slavic origin. Borrowed lexical items are mostly Germanisms. The majority of the collected lexemes are present in both of the analysed dictionaries.
