Abstract

Namen: Namen diplomske naloge je narediti primerjalno analizo klasičnega hierarhičnega planiranja MRP proizvodnje in sodobnega planiranja DDOM (Demand driven operating model). Metode in orodja: Raziskovali smo literaturo s področja hierarhičnega planiranja MRP proizvodnje in planiranja DDOM. Analizirali smo gradiva o izobraževanju planiranja proizvodnje GlobalBikelnc v SAP/R3 in SAP4HANA.

Secondary title: Comparative analysis of ddom and hierarchical concept of production planning
Secondary abstract: Problem: The classical production planning system, also recognized in the literature as a model of hierarchical production planning or MRP II (Manufacturing resource planning) or the concept of MRP / CRP (Material / Capacity requirements planning) or classical MRP, does not allow us optimal planning and accurate inventory review because MRP the module does not take into account ongoing operations. In classic MRP planning, orders are not completed at the right time because the flow of information and data is too slow. Purpose: The purpose of the thesis is to make a comparative analysis of the classic hierarchical MRP production planning and modern DDOM (Demand driven operating model) planning. Methods and tools: Research of literature in the field of hierarchical MRP production planning and DDOM planning. Analysis of materials on GlobalBikelnc production planning education in SAP / R3 and SAP4HANA. We compared SAP / R3 and SAP4HANA tools and made a comparative analysis of activities and commands for conducting training between SAP / R3 and SAP4HANA. We also performed a comparative analysis of classical planning and DDOM planning. Thesis result: In the comparative analysis, we found out what the new functionalities are in modern planning and we found that it is a classic planning only with advanced additions. Based on the analysis of the current situation, the advantages of the SAP4HANA tool and the improvements brought by its introduction are also shown. The most noticeable improvement of the tool is the program structure. We found that the GBI HANA is made according to classic planning.
