Abstract

Diplomsko delo z naslovom Vloga vzgojitelja in otroka pri urejanju igralnice je sestavljena iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili, kaj je pomembno pri urejanju igralnice, pomen urejanja igralnice v različnih vzgojnih konceptih, vlogo vzgojitelja in otroka pri urejanju igralnice ter aktiven prispevek otrok pri urejanju igralnice v vrtcu. V empiričnem delu smo ugotavljali, kakšna je vloga vzgojitelja in otroka pri urejanju igralnice, pri tem smo bili posebej pozorni tudi na aktiven prispevek otrok pri urejanju igralnice. Med seboj smo primerjali delovno mesto (vzgojitelj/pomočnik) in starostno obdobje, v katerem so anketirani strokovni delavci zaposleni. Za pridobivanje podatkov smo uporabili deskriptivno in kavzalno-ne eksperimentalno metodo empiričnega pedagoškega raziskovanja. Raziskava temelji na ne slučajnostnem vzorcu vzgojiteljev in pomočnikov vzgojiteljev predšolskih otrok, zaposlenih v vrtcih po Sloveniji. Na podlagi rezultatov anketnih vprašalnikov smo ugotovili, da vzgojitelji spodbujajo prispevek otrok pri urejanju igralnice. Anketirani strokovni delavci menijo, da je najpomembnejša vloga vzgojitelja pri urejanju igralnice, da poskrbi za dostopnost materialov. Najpomembnejša vloga otroka je po mnenju anketiranih strokovnih delavcev, da pospravlja igralnico.

Secondary abstract: The diploma work titled The role of the educator and the child in arranging the playroom consists of theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part, we presented what is important in arranging a playroom, the importance of arranging a playroom in different educational concepts, the role of the educator and the child in arranging the playroom and the active participation of children in arranging the playroom in kindergarten. In the empirical part, we determined the role of the educator and the child in arranging the playroom, and we also paid special attention to the active participation of children in arranging the playroom. We compared the position (educator/assistant) and the age period in which the surveyed professionals are employed. Descriptive and causal-non-experimental method of empirical pedagogical research was used to obtain data. The research is based on a non-random sample of educators and assistant educators of preschool children employed in kindergartens in Slovenia. Based on the results of the survey questionnaires, we found that educators encourage children's participation in arranging the playroom. The professionals are of the opinion that the most important role of the educator in arranging the playroom is to ensure the availability of materials. The most important role of the child, according to the surveyed professionals, is to clean the playroom.
