Abstract

V magistrski nalogi je opisana nadgradnja linije za pobiranje polizdelkov iz stiskalnice s pomočjo robota. Izdelana je bila robotska celica z namenom avtomatizacije razlaganja na transportni sistem. Na kratko so opisane komponente, ki jih zajema robotska celica. Za avtomatizacijo smo uporabili Siemensov krmilnik družine S7-1500 in robota KUKA KR 210-2. Predstavljen je tudi program TIA PORTAL, ki je namenjen za programiranje krmilnikov, in Orange Edit, namenjen za pisanje in oblikovanje programa robota. Na koncu pa sta prikazana postopek testiranja in delovanje robotske celice v Gorenju.

Secondary title: Automation of unloading semi-finished products on the line of dishwashers with the kuka kr 210-2 robot
Secondary abstract: In the master's thesis the upgrade of lines for picking semi-finished products from presses with the help of a robot is described. A robotic cell was fabricated for automation and decomposed into a transport system. Briefly, the components covered by the robotic cell are described. For automation, we used a Siemens controller of the S7-1500 family and a KUKA KR 210-2 robot. TIA PORTAL program is also presented, which is intended for programming controllers, and Orange Edit, which is intended for writing and designing robot programs. Finally, the test procedure in the operation of robotic cells in Gorenje is shown.
