Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava digitalizacijo razporejanja proizvodnih nalogov v konkretnem proizvodnem podjetju. Zaznani so bili problemi, povezani s časovnimi zamiki, z netočnimi podatki in s težjim nadzorom proizvodnega procesa.

Secondary title: Digitalization of production work orders schedule
Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis addresses the digitalization of the scheduling of production orders in a known production company. Problems related to time delays, inaccurate data and more difficult control of the production process were detected. A model of the existing process of scheduling production work orders is presented and its weaknesses analyzed. A changed, mostly digitized process has been modeled. The data model in the Oracle database is shown. New user interfaces which were developed provide users with a comprehensive insight into the scheduling and production process. Preliminary assessments of the operation of new technologies, of the renewed digitized process, and of the new acquired competencies of employees confirm that digitalization was performed successfully.
