Abstract

V nalogi se osredotočamo na iskanje dokazov o pozitivnem vplivu konstruktivne kulture na finančno uspešnost podjetja. Prvo poglavje predstavlja uvod, v drugem poglavju definiramo organizacijsko kulturo, v tretjem pa govorimo o načinih merjenja kulture in treh modelih, ki predstavljajo različne tipe kulture. V četrtem poglavju nato poiščemo povezave med tipi kulture in finančno uspešnostjo podjetij, in sicer preko stresa na delovnem mestu, prilagajanja okolju, zavzetosti in zadovoljstva zaposlenih. V petem poglavju predstavimo, kako je imelo preoblikovanje kulture v podjetju Microsoft pozitiven učinek na finančno uspešnost.

Secondary title: Impact of culture on the financial success of a company
Secondary abstract: In this thesis, we focus on finding evidence that supports the positive impact of constructive culture on the financial success of a company. The first chapter represents the introduction. In the second chapter, we define organizational culture. In the third, we speak of ways to measure culture and 3 models, that present different culture types. In the fourth chapter, we find connections between these culture types and financial performance, namely through stress in the workplace, adaptability, employee engagement, and satisfaction. In the fifth chapter, we present how transforming the culture of Microsoft had a positive impact on its financial performance.
