Abstract

Modele zunajskeletnih sistemov smo podrobneje raziskali z metodo klasifikacije in opisnim in slikovnim pregledom različnih modelov.

Secondary title: Implementation of exoskeletons in industry 4.0.
Secondary abstract: Technological development has always represented milestones in the field of industry. Individual innovations affect the development of work processes as well as the jobs themselves. In this paper, we pay more attention to one of these innovations, namely exoskeletons and their implementation in Industry 4.0. Exoskeletons are wearable mechanical components that allow the human body to achieve results that it simply would not be able to normally. At the same time exoskeletons support and protect the body. To understand all the factors influencing the implementation of exoskeletons in the work environment, we have prepared a compilation of literature exploring Industry 4.0, views of proactive ergonomics, and diverse models of exoskeletons. Models of exoskeletons are investigated in more detail by the method of classification and descriptive and pictorial reviews of various models. In the following, we focused on the analysis of the elements for modelling the implementation process. Appropriate ergonomic methods, procedural model of implementation of exoskeletons in the work environment, and the program for selection of appropriate models, which is still in development, were described and graphically presented. The research of the position of exoskeletons on the Slovenian market was carried out by interviewing experts in the field of optimization and describing their experience. We identified the potential of exoskeletons and encountered the issue of lack of long-term research. We found that successful implementation of exoskeletons requires an understanding of lean principles, proactive ergonomics, and the characteristics of exoskeletons.
