Abstract

Orodjarstvo je delovno intenzivna panoga, še posebej, če podjetje razvija orodja za avtomobilsko industrijo, kjer vlada močna konkurenca. Zagotavljanje kakovosti svojih izdelkov je pomemben dejavnik, da podjetje pridobi in obdrži kupca. V podjetju EMO Orodjarna, d. o. o., uporabljajo trikoordinatne meritve odpreskov, s katerimi lahko posredno ovrednotijo kakovost preoblikovalnega orodja.V diplomski nalogi sem izbral merilno strategijo in izdelal off-line merilni program za izdelek, ki se bo vgradil v avtomobil znamke Mercedes-Benz. V nalogi so najprej predstavljene osnove kontaktne in brezkontaktne koordinatne merilne tehnike. Glavni del je namenjen predstavitvi izdelka ter izbiri merilne strategije. Merilni program smo preizkusili na CNC tipalnem merilnem stroju in na koncu analizirali merilne rezultate.

Secondary abstract: Toolmaking is a labor-intensive industry, especially if a company develops tools for the automotive industry where competition is fierce. Ensuring the quality of its products is an important factor for a company to gain and retain a customer. EMO Orodjarna d.o.o. uses three-coordinate measurements of converts to indirectly evaluate the quality of the forming tool.In my thesis, I chose a measurement strategy and developed an offline measurement program for a product to be integrated into a Mercedes-Benz car. The thesis first introduces the basics of contact and non-contact coordinate measurement techniques. The main part is devoted to the presentation of the product and the selection of the measurement strategy. The measurement program was tested on a CNC tactile measuring machine. In the end, the measurement results were analyzed.
