Povzetek

Danes se v vse več podjetjih izdelujejo kompleksnejši in geometrijsko zahtevni izdelki, med njimi je tudi podjetje TKO d.o.o., v katerem sem opravljal praktično usposabljanje. Zato sem se odločil in dogovoril s podjetjem, da en njihov izdelek tudi premerim s pomočjo trikoordinatne merilne tehnike. Glavni namen in cilj diplomske naloge je praktično spoznavanje s tipalnim CNC merilnim strojem in izvedba same meritve ter tudi teoretična stran trikoordinatne merilne tehnike. V diplomski nalogi sem na kratko predstavil podjetje, kjer sem opravljal praktično usposabljanje, teoretične osnove trikoordinatne merilne tehnike, opisal postopek in izdelavo izdelka, ki sem ga izbral za merjenje, predstavil trenutno merilno strategijo izdelka v podjetju, praktično merjenje izdelka in vrednotenje rezultatov ter predloge izboljšav v procesu merjenja.

Sekundarni povzetek: Nowadays, more and more companies produce more complex and geometrically demanding products among which is also the company TKO Ltd, where I did practical training. That is why I decided and agreed with the company to measure one of their products using a three-coordinate measuring technique. The main purpose and goal of the diploma thesis is a practical acquaintance with the tactile CNC measuring machine and the implementation of the measurement itself, as well as the theoretical aspect of the three-coordinate measuring technique. In the diploma thesis I briefly presented the company where I did practical training, presented the theoretical basics of three-coordinate measuring techniques, presented, and described the process and manufacturing of products I chose for measurement, presented the current measurement strategy of the product in the company, practical measurement of the product, evaluation of results and suggestions for improvements in the measurement process.
