Abstract

Vsaka organizacija se zaveda, da je motiviran in dobro usposobljen kader gonilna sila dobrega poslovanja podjetja, zato miselnost, da zaposleni predstavljajo zgolj strošek organizaciji, postaja preteklost. Velja pravilo »več daš, več dobiš«, zato je vlaganje v zaposlene nujno potrebno. Diplomsko delo obravnava motivacijo zaposlenih na delovnem mestu v javnem zdravstvenem zavodu. V njem bomo predstavili pojem motivacije, motivacijske dejavnike, teorije in povezavo med zadovoljstvom ter motivacijo. Cilj in namen diplomskega dela je ugotoviti, kaj zaposlene motivira in kateri motivacijski dejavniki jih najbolj motivirajo pri opravljanju njihovega dela. S pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika smo ugotovili, da pomenijo zaposlenim notranji dejavniki veliko več kot zunanji, kar je bilo v skladu s pričakovanji.

Secondary abstract: Every organization is aware that motivated and well-trained staff is the driving force for good business operations, so the mindset that employees represent only a cost to the organization is becoming a thing of the past. The rule "the more you give, the more you get" applies, so investing in employees is absolutely necessary. The diploma thesis deals with the motivation of employees in a public health institution. In it, we will present the concept of motivation, motivational factors, theories and the connection between satisfaction and motivation. The aim and purpose of the thesis is to determine what motivates employees and what motivating factors motivate them the most in performing their work. With the help of a survey, we found that internal psychological factors mean much more to employees than external physical ones, which was in line with expectations.
