Abstract

Živimo v obdobju, v katerem življenje postaja vedno bolj stresno, napeto in se odvija zelo hitro. Zelo velik del svojega življenja preživimo v službi, vendar sta zadovoljstvo in motivacija ključnega pomena, da se marsikaj naučimo in strmimo k svojim ciljem. Na zadovoljstvo in motivacijo imajo zelo velik vpliv tudi naši nadrejeni v podjetju, v katerem smo zaposleni. Diplomsko delo obravnava vpliv vodenja na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih in motivacijo za delo v izbranem podjetju. V diplomskem delu bomo predstavili osnovne pojem vodenja, motivacije, načine vodenja, ključne dejavnike, ki vplivajo na motivacijo in zadovoljstvo. V nadaljevanju bomo predstavili povezanost med motiviranjem in zadovoljstvom. Motivacija za delo lahko postopoma upade, zato je potrebno zaposlene ustrezno motivirati, da bo delo uspešno in učinkovito opravljeno. Če bo delo uspešno in učinkovito opravljeno, bo tudi podjetje bolj uspešno. Namen in cilj diplomske dela je da, ugotovimo, kakšni načini vodenja so najbolj učinkoviti za motivacijo in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, kaj zaposlene motivira za delo, na kakšen način vodje motivirajo svoje zaposlene in ugotoviti, kateri so najpomembnejši dejavniki, ki vplivajo na zmanjšano motivacijo za delo in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. S pomočjo analize smo ugotovili, da je ciljni način vodenja najbolj učinkoviti za motivacijo in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. Na podlagi izvedene raziskave smo ugotovili, da jih za delo najbolj motivira plača, samostojnost pri opravljanju nalog, nagrada, odnosi med sodelavci in možnosti napredovanja, odnosi med nadrejenimi, delovni čas, izobraževanja, delovno okolje, delovna klima, priznanja za uspešnost ter inovativno in ustvarjalno delo. Vodje motivirajo svoje zaposlene v največjem deležu s pohvalo, nagrado in dobrimi delovnimi pogoji. Dejavniki, ki najbolj zmanjšujejo motivacijo so rutinsko delo, nizka oziroma minimalna plača, odnosi z nadrejenimi, delo ob praznikih, delovno okolje in odnosi med sodelavci.

Secondary abstract: We live in a period in which life is becoming increasingly stressful, tense and unfolding very quickly. We spend a very large part of our lives at work, because satisfaction and motivation are crucial for us to learn a lot and strive for our goals. Satisfaction and motivation are also greatly influenced by our superiors in the company in which we are employed. The thesis deals with the impact of leadership on employee satisfaction and motivation to work in a selected company. In the diploma work we will present the basic concepts of leadership, motivation, ways of leadership, key factors that affect motivation and satisfaction. In the following, we will present the connection between leadership motivation and satisfaction. Motivation for work can gradually decline, so employees need to be properly motivated to get the job done successfully and efficiently. If the work is done successfully and efficiently, the company will also be more successful The purpose and goal of the thesis is to determine which management methods are most effective for the motivation and satisfaction of employees, what motivates employees to work, how managers motivate their employees and identify the most important factors influencing reduced work motivation and employee satisfaction. With the help of the analysis, we found that the target management method is the most effective for the motivation and satisfaction of employees superiors, working hours, education, working environment, working climate, awards for performance and innovative and creative work. Leaders motivate their employees to the greatest extent with praise, reward, good working conditions. Factors that most reduce motivation are routine work, low or minimum wage, relationships with superiors, work on holidays, work environment and relationships between co-workers.
