Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo predstavili izziv podjetja Premogovnik Velenje d.o.o za načrtovanje novega tračnega transporterja. Predstavljen je proces načrtovanja tračnega transporterja in splošna uporaba sistemov za transportiranje. Opisani so koraki vzdrževanja, ki jih uporabljajo na Premogovniku Velenje, s katerimi zagotavljajo najvišjo ekonomičnost transportne opreme. V izhodiščnem delu je narejen sekcijski preračun načrtovanja tračnega transporterja, namen katerega je določitev potrebne pogonske moči pogonskih motorjev. V preračunu so predhodno podani tehnični podatki transporterja na podlagi katerih je celoten izračun izveden.

Secondary abstract: |
In the diploma thesis we presented a challenge of the company Premogovnik Velenje d.o.o. for
planning a new belt conveyor. The process of belt conveyor design and general use of
conveying systems is presented. The maintenance steps used at the Velenje coal mine are
described, which ensure the highest economy of the transporting equipment. In the initial part
of the thesis, a sectional calculation of the design of a belt conveyor is made, the purpose of
which is to determine the required power of the propulsion motors. The tehnical data of the
conveyor is given in advance, on the basis of which the entire calculation is performed. |
