Povzetek

V okviru diplomskega dela je bil v sodelovanju s podjetjem Kopitar d. o. o. izdelan preračun tračnega transporterja za transport gramoza skupaj s tehniško dokumentacijo. Pri preračunu tračnega transporterja smo upoštevali zahteve, ki nam jih je predhodno podalo podjetje, za katerega je bil izdelan tračni transporter. Izdelana je bila vsa potrebna tehniška dokumentacija za izdelavo tračnega transporterja. Pri preračunu dejanske zmogljivosti tračnega transporterja, potrebne moči pogonskega motorja, kontrola povesa traku ter preračun bobnov smo uporabili standardni pristop in empirične enačbe. Pri konstruiranju in izdelavi tehnične dokumentacije smo uporabili programsko opremo Autodesk Inventor.

Sekundarni povzetek: Within the scope of the thesis, the calculation of the belt conveyor for the transport of gravel together with the technical documentation was made in cooperation with the company Kopitar d.o.o. When calculating the belt conveyor, we took into account the requirements that were previously given to us by the company for which the belt conveyor was made. All the necessary technical documentation for the production of the belt conveyor was prepared. In the calculation of the actual capacity of the belt transporter, the required power of the drive motor, the control of the belt suspension and the calculation of the drums we used a standard approach and empirical equations. We used Autodesk Inventor software to design and produce the technical documentation.
