Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava pomen izobraževanja in usposabljanja zaposlenih v podjetju X, kaj jih motivira oziroma, kaj jih ovira. V diplomskem delu želimo predstaviti, kako podjetje X skrbi za izobraževanje in usposabljanje svojih zaposlenih in raziskati problematiko načinov zmanjševanja preobremenjenosti zaposlenih pri iskanju človeških virov za različne projekte in podjetja, s čimer bi se bolje osredotočili na vsakega posameznika. Podjetja morajo zaposlenim posvečati veliko pozornosti, pri tem pa jim omogočiti dodatno izobraževanje in usposabljanje in se obenem zavedati, da zaposleni s svojim znanjem predstavljajo vodilni vir konkurenčne prednosti. Namen diplomskega dela je prikazati pomembnost investiranja podjetja v svoje zaposlene. Z anketnim vprašalnikom smo pridobili podatke o zavedanju pomembnosti med zaposlenimi o izobraževanjih, ki jim jih načrtno izbere podjetje ali nadrejeni. Ugotovili smo, koliko in kdo se izobražuje, njihova stališča in mnenje o stalnem izobraževanju in usposabljanju. Diplomsko delo je tako sestavljeno iz dveh delov. Prvi del je teoretičen, v njem razlagamo pojma izobraževanja in usposabljanja, predstavimo podjetje X in način dela v tem podjetju. V drugem delu diplomskega dela pa so predstavljeni rezultati ankete in predlogi za izboljšavo na področju izobraževanja in usposabljanja v podjetju.

Secondary abstract: The thesis will discuss the importance of education and training of employees in the company X. The factors that motivate or what hinders the employees. Companies must invest in their employees by providing them with additional education and training, while being aware that employees, with their knowledge, represent the only real source of competitive advantage. Successful are those companies that invest a lot in technology, their development, and especially in their employees. When employees are properly trained for their work, they are more efficient, and this leads them to higher levels of productivity. In the thesis, we realized that the basis for this is a systematically planned and successfully implemented human resources management system, the success of which is also determined by selected contractors. These can be external (various institutions or experts) or the company's own managers. We learnt about different approaches to employee development, which include formal education, work experience, assessment of abilities and interpersonal relationships. The purpose of this thesis is to show that the management of each company should devote a huge amount of time to investing in its employees. With a questionnaire, we researched data on the awareness of the importance among employees about the appropriate trainings that are systematically chosen by the company or their superiors. We found out how much and who is being educated, their views and opinions on continuing education and training. The thesis is composed of two parts. The first part is theoretical, in which we learn about the concepts of education and training, as well as the presentation and their way of working in the company X. The second part of the thesis presents the results of the survey and proposals for improvement in the field of education and training in the company.
