Abstract
Pred razvojem strojne opreme se je človek z delom spoprijemal z golimi rokami in močjo mišičnega tkiva, kar iz vidika ergonomije povzroča preobremenitve telesa in posledično privede do hitrejših poškodb človeškega organizma. Z uporabo strojne opreme se je delo precej spremenilo in za človeka postalo manj obremenjujoče. Delo z uporabo strojev omogoči poenostavitev dela za človeka in lažje premagovanje telesnih obremenitev.
V okviru diplomske naloge analiziramo pridelovanje kislega zelja. Opazujemo dve kmetiji z različno stopnjo razvitosti delovnih sredstev.
V prvem delu diplomske naloge prikažemo potrebna teoretična izhodišča za razumevanje raziskovanega področja. Opišemo posamezne faze celotnega procesa pridelave kislega zelja. Predstavimo metodo RULA, s katero analiziramo človekov položaj v delu iz ergonomskega vidika.
V drugem delu diplomske naloge se lotimo praktičnega dela analiz. S pomočjo metode RULA opravimo popis položajev človeka v posamezni fazi pridelovanja kislega zelja. Dobljene podatke analiziramo in primerjamo izpostavljenost človeka v posamezni fazi pridelave kislega zelja iz ergonomskega vidika.
Ugotovljeno je bilo, da modernejša delovna sredstva bistveno pripomorejo k splošnemu zdravju človeka v primerjavi s starejšimi delovnimi sredstvi. Rezultati, ki smo jih pridobili s pomočjo metode RULA, so pri načinu dela s starejšimi delovnimi sredstvi prikazali kritično oceno, pri kateri je način dela treba čim prej spremeniti in raziskovati dalje. Pri načinu dela z modernimi delovnimi sredstvi so rezultati, pridobljeni s pomočjo metode RULA, prikazali optimalno oceno.

Prior to the development of tools, man struggled with bare hands and the strength of muscle tissue, which from the point of view of ergonomics causes overloading of the body and consequently leads to faster damage to the human body. With the use of tools, work has changed considerably and became less stressful for humans. Working with machines makes it possible to simplify work for a person and make it easier to overcome physical strain.
As part of the diploma thesis, we analyze the production of sauerkraut. We observe two farms with different levels of working tools development.
In the first part of the diploma thesis we present the necessary theoretical starting points for understanding the research area. We describe the individual stages of the whole process of sauerkraut production. We present the RULA method with which we analyze the human position in the work from an ergonomic point of view.
In the second part of the diploma thesis we tackle the practical part of the analysis. Using the RULA method, we perform an overview of human positions in each phase of sauerkraut production. The obtained data are analyzed and human exposure in each phase of sauerkraut production is compared from an ergonomic point of view.
More modern means of work have been found to make a significant contribution to overall human health compared to older means of work. The results obtained with the help of the RULA method showed a critical assessment of the way of working with older working equipment, in which the way of working needs to be changed as soon as possible and further researched. In the method of working with modern working tools, the results obtained using the RULA method showed the optimal estimate. |
