Abstract

Vzgojitelji imajo zelo pomembno vlogo pri uvajanju otrok v vrtec, saj so prav oni tisti, ki otroka sprejmejo in se pri tem zavedajo, da otroku vstop v vrtec predstavlja pomembno življenjsko prelomnico. Naše diplomsko delo z naslovom Vloga vzgojitelja pri uvajanju otrok v vrtec je sestavljena iz dveh delov. Prvi del diplomskega dela predstavlja teoretični del, v katerem smo podrobneje predstavili vlogo vzgojitelja pred začetkom uvajanja otrok v vrtec in vlogo ter naloge vzgojitelja med samim potekom uvajanja otrok v vrtec. Drugi del diplomskega dela je sestavljen iz empiričnega dela. V tem delu so predstavljeni in razloženi pridobljeni podatki. Podatke smo pridobili s pomočjo spletnega anketnega vprašalnika, le-te smo obdelali s pomočjo programa SPSS. Na sodelovanje v raziskavi se je odzvalo 120 vzgojiteljev iz nekaterih vrtcev Podravske in Savinjske regije. Z raziskavo smo želeli ugotoviti, ali se vzgojiteljem njihova vloga pri uvajanju zdi pomembna, kaj zajema njihovo načrtovanje na uvajalno obdobje, kakšna je njihova vloga in naloga med uvajanjem itd. Ugotovili smo, da je večina vzgojiteljev meni, da imajo zelo pomembno vlogo pri uvajanju otrok v vrtec in da vzgojitelji najpogosteje pri uvajanju otrok v vrtec uporabljajo srednje dolgi model uvajanja.

Secondary title: The role of an early childhood teacher in introducing children to kindergarten
Secondary abstract: Early childhood teachers have a very important role in introducing children to kindergarten as they are the ones who welcome the child and are aware that kindergarten entry presents an important turning point in life for the child. Our diploma paper titled "The role of an early childhood teacher in introducing children to kindergarten" consists of two parts. The first part is a theoretical part which presents the role of an early childhood teacher before the start of the introduction of children to kindergarten and the role and tasks of an early childhood teacher during the very course of the introduction of children to kindergarten. The second part of the diploma paper is an empirical part. This part presents and explains the acquired data. The data was acquired through online questionnaire and further processed with SPSS programme. 120 early childhood teachers from kindergartens in Podravje and Savinjska region responded to the call to cooperate in the research. With the research we wanted to find out whether early childhood teachers thought of their role in introduction as important, what their planning for the introductory period included, what their role and responsibility during introduction was etc. We established that the majority of early childhood teachers thought they had a very important role in introducing children to kindergarten and that early childhood teachers most often used medium long introduction model when introducing children to kindergarten.
