Abstract
Ti programi so namenjeni navidezno zdravi populaciji.
Zbrano literaturo smo nato pregledali, analizirali in sintetizirali.
Oblikovali smo glavno temo: Razlogi za nesodelovanje v preventivnem presejalnem programu za raka materničnega vratu. Eksogeni in osebni razlogi pa so predstavljali teme sekundarnega nivoja.

Reasons for non- participation in preventive screening programs for early detection of cervical cancer |
Secondary abstract: |
Introduction: Cervical cancer is one of the most common cancers of the women population which can be detected in time with preventive screening programs. These programs are meant for all females with no signs of disease. A key to the successful program is the participation of women.
Methods: For our project was used a systematic review of scientific and professional literature with a method of review, analysis, synthesis of the literature and a method of compilation. When searching for literature we used a search strategy which was formed based on a research question by PIO steps. For literature, we were searching in the next databases CINAHL, PubMed, SAGE, ScienceDirect in Wiley Online Library. Selected literature was reviewed, analysed and synthesized. Synthesis of results was based on the content analysis
Results: In our research, we included 15 scientific articles. We formed the main topic: Reasons for non-participation in the cervical cancer prevention screening program. Exogenous and personal reasons were represented as secondary-level topics. Personal reasons have also been divided into the primary level. Free codes have been designed based on reasons for not participating in screening programs.
Discussion and conclusion: The most common reason for non-cooperation was the lack of time to perform screening testing. The next more common obstacle was an inappropriate time of the terminal for testing. Emotional aspects were also often cited as a reason for non-cooperation. Thus, the main element is to address the reasons for non-participation and to make women aware of the importance of participating in preventive screening programs for early detection of cervical cancer. |
