Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je proučevan pomen načrtovanja in razvoja kadrovskih virov za uspešno delovanje neke organizacije. Glavni namen je bil ugotoviti, kdo je dejansko odgovoren za razvoj posameznega zaposlenega v neki organizaciji. Zanimalo nas je tudi, kako je z razvojem kadrov na področju zdravstvene nege. Na podlagi študija literature je bilo dognano, da je za svoj razvoj v veliki meri odgovoren posameznik sam, vendar pa do razvoja ne more priti, če organizacija ni razvojno naravnana, in da je razvoj kadrovskih virov v zdravstveni negi v veliki meri povezan s finančnimi sredstvi, ki sta jih posameznik in organizacija pripravljena vložiti v razvoj. Ugotovljeno je bilo tudi, da je v zdravstveni negi posebno pomembno permanentno izobraževanje, ker se stroka hitro razvija. Izobraženost in znanje izvajalcev zdravstvene nege bo pomembno vplivalo na pridobivanje samostojnosti in avtonomnosti stroke. Znanje pridobivamo v različnih oblikah formalnega in neformalnega izobraževanja. Zdravstvena nega zahteva profesionalno specifična znanja in spretnosti ter veliko mero humanosti, občutenja in razumevanja.

Secondary abstract: SUMMARY The diploma thesis has studied the importance of planning and development of human resources for the effective functioning of an organization. The main purpose was to determine who is actually responsible for the development of each employee in an organization. We were also interested in development of human resources in nursing care. Based on the study of literature it has been determined that the responsibility for their development is largely on the individual himself, but the development can't occur if the organization is not development oriented, and that the development of human resources in nursing care is largely related to financial resources by the individual and organization willing to invest in development. It was also found that continuing education in nursing care is particularly important because the profession is evolving rapidly. Education and knowledge of nursing care providers will be significant in relation to the acquisition of independence and autonomy of the profession. The knowledge is obtained in various forms of formal and informal education. Nursing care requires specific professional skills and high degree of humanity, feeling and understanding.
