Abstract

Umrljivost in obolevnost zaradi bolezni srca in ožilja v primerjavi z drugimi kroničnimi obolenji v svetu in pri nas močno naraščata. V prvem delu diplomske naloge smo predstavili ishemično bolezen srca, angino pektoris ter vlogo medicinske sestre pri pacientih, ki so oboleli za angino pektoris. V drugem delu je predstavljena raziskava, ki je bila izvedena na vzorcu 50 pacientov, kardiološkega oddelka v Splošni bolnišnici Celje. Z raziskavo smo ugotavljali seznanjenost pacientov z angino pektoris in prvimi ukrepi ob pojavu bolečine za prsnico. Prav tako smo želeli ugotoviti zadovoljstvo pacientov z delom in odnosom zdravstvenih delavcev do njih. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da je več kot 50 % anketiranih pacientov seznanjenih z angino pektoris ter da poznajo znake in znajo tudi pravilno ukrepati. Prav tako smo ugotovili, da je kar 86 % anketirancev zadovoljnih z delom in odnosom zdravstvenih delavcev.

Secondary title: Nursing care of a patient with angina pectoris
Secondary abstract: Mortality and morbidity due to cardiovascular disease compared with other chronic diseases is growing strongly in the world and our country. In the first part of the thesis we present ischemic heart disease, angina pectoris and role of nurses in patients suffering from angina pectoris. In the second part was presented the survey conducted on a sample of 50 patients, on Cardiology Division in the General Hospital Celje. In our study, we evaluated patient awareness of angina and first measures at the onset of chest pain. We also wanted to determine patient satisfaction with the work and attitudes of health professionals to them. The results showed that more than 50 % of the surveyed patients with angina pectoris aware and know the signs and know how to act properly. We also found that 86 % of respondents were satisfied with the work and attitudes of health professionals.
