Abstract
Astma je kronična bolezen, ki močno vpliva na življenje pacienta in je pri vsakem človeku drugačna. Vsa dogajanja pri astmi imajo pogosto izrazita nihanja, ki so posledica večje ali manjše izpostavljenosti sprožilcem. Pravilno zdravljen pacient z astmo je brez težav, je normalno telesno zmogljiv, nima nočnih poslabšanj astme in ima normalno pljučno funkcijo. Medicinske sestre s svojim delom in strokovnim znanjem pa imajo pri obravnavi pacienta z astmo nepogrešljivo vlogo.
Metodologija raziskovanja: Raziskava je temeljila na kvantitativni metodologiji z uporabo anketnega vprašalnika. V raziskavi je sodelovalo 30 astmatikov, 15 moških in 15 žensk. Raziskava je potekala v pulmološki ambulanti, februarja 2010. Z raziskavo smo ugotavljali, kako astmatiki poznajo svojo bolezen in kako se izognejo poslabšanju astme. Ugotovili smo, da 57 % anketiranih astmatikov dovolj dobro pozna svojo bolezen ter da se 70 % anketiranih astmatikov zna izogniti poslabšanju astme že s tem, da imajo primerno opremljen bivalni prostor.
Sklep: Astma je lahko dobro vodena in ne povzroča težav, če je astmatik dobro poučen o bolezni in motiviran za izobraževanje. Cilj zdravljenja te kronične bolezni je karseda normalno življenje in z današnjimi zdravili je astma povsem obvladljiva bolezen. Najboljša usmeritev pri obravnavi astmatičnih poslabšanj je njihovo preprečevanje, ki vključuje vzgojo astmatika, ureditev okolja, izogibanje škodljivim dejavnikom, redno preventivno zdravljenje in prepoznavanje zgodnjih znakov poslabšanj.

Health Educational Work of the Nurse in Patients with Asthma |

Asthma is a chronic disease that severely affects the patient's life and each patient is affected differently. Everything that is connected to asthma usually cause prominent oscillations which are the consequence of being exposed to triggers. Correctly treated patient with asthma usually has no problems, is physically capable, has no worsening at nights and has a normal lungs function. A great part at treatment of patients have nurses with their work and their professional knowledge.
Methods used: The research based on the quantity method with the usage of a questionary. In the research 30 people with the asthma disease cooperated, 15 male and 15 female. The research took place in the pulmonary clinic in the February 2010. We wanted to find out how patients with asthma know their disease and how they avoid getting it worse. We found out that 57% of the interviewed know their disease very well and that 70% of the interviewed know how to avoid getting their disease worse by decorating their home properly.
Conclusion: Asthma can be well leaded and it does not cause any problems if the asthma patient is well educated about his disease and motivated for education. The main aim of curing this disease is to live a normal life and with the medicine we have today asthma can be totally controlled. The best way to deal with getting this disease worsen is to stop it from getting worse and that includes patient’s education, environmental legislation, avoidance of harmful agents, regular preventive treatment and identify early signs of deterioration. |
