Abstract
Čuječnost je osnovna človekova sposobnost zavedanja samega sebe in okolice, v kateri se nahaja. Je ena izmed učinkovitih tehnik sproščanja, ki se uporablja pri soočanju s stresom. Namen zaključnega dela je na podlagi pregleda in analize literature ugotoviti, kako čuječnost vpliva na obvladovanje stresa pri mladostnikih. V analizo smo vključili osem člankov. Analiza literature je pokazala, da so se posamezni mladostniki, ki so sodelovali v raziskavah, pozitivno odzvali na čuječnost kot tehniko za obvladovanje stresa.

The influence of mindfulness on stress management among adolescents |
Secondary abstract: |
Mindfulness is a basic humac ability to be aware of oneself and the environment in which one finds oneself. It is one of the most effective relaxation techniques used in coping with stress. The purpose of the final work is to determine, based on a review and analysis of the literature, how mindfulness affects stress management in adolescents. Eight articles were included in the analysis. Analysis of the literature showed that individual adolescents who participated in the research responded positively to mindfulness as a stress management technique. |
