Epidemija covid-19 kot priložnost za spremenjeno komuniciranje v prostovoljnih gasilskih društvih

Abstract

Že od pomladi 2020 se v Republiki Sloveniji in po svetu spopadamo z izzivom covid-19. Zaradi zajezitve širjenja virusa je omejeno gibanje ljudi in posledično delovanje prostovoljnih gasilskih društev (PGD). V magistrski nalogi smo se osredotočali na komuniciranje med vodstvom in gasilci PGD z uporabo informacijsko-komunikacijskih tehnologij v času pred in med epidemijo. Iz rezultatov, pridobljenih iz intervjujev predsednikov Dolenjske regije, je razvidno, da je imela epidemija pri večini PGD na tem območju zaradi omejitev druženja vpliv na komuniciranje. Združili smo predloge intervjuvancev in jih bomo posredovali na Gasilsko zvezo Slovenije, da jih bodo preučili in PGD v Sloveniji posredovali usmeritve za izboljšane komunikacije med vodji in člani PGD.

Secondary abstract:	Since the spring of 2020 the Republic of Slovenia, as well as the rest of the world, has been facing the covid-19 challenge, which means that the movement of people is limited due to the virus containment measures and consequently the work of voluntary fire brigades (PGD) is limited as well. In our thesis, we have focused on the communication between management and PGD firefighters using information and communication technologies in the period before and during the covid-19 epidemic. The results obtained through interviews with the PGD presidents in the Dolenjska region show that the covid-19 epidemic had an adverse impact on the communication process in most PGDs in this area due to social restrictions. Thus, we have combined the suggestions of the interviewees and will forward them to the Fire Brigade Association of Slovenia so that they can be studied and provide guidelines for improved communication between leaders and members of the PGD to different Slovene PGDs.
