Sekundarni naslov: The use of ICT before, during and after the epidemic of COVID-19 in Posavje elementary schools
Sekundarni povzetek: Information and communication technology (ICT) is increasingly included in the education process. For its successful inclusion in educational process, we need a qualified teacher and a school well equipped with ICT equipment. As its use has increased significantly during the period of the COVID-19 epidemic, it is very important that in the future teachers integrate ICT even more into the lessons. The main purpose of the master's thesis is to examine the use of ICT before, during and after the epidemic of COVID-19 in Posavje elementary schools. We were interested in the reasons for use, advantages and disadvantages, the frequency of ICT use, the qualifications of teachers, which devices and tools they used, and the degree of equipment in schools before, during and after the COVID-19 epidemic. We were interested in differences according to class and subject level, teaching period, age group and environment. The results of the survey are based on a sample of 147 teachers. These showed that ICT skills, equipment and frequency of use increased after the epidemic. There were no statistically significant differences in these selected categories in terms of length of service, age, level of teaching and environment. We found that ICT is most often used due to the interest of teachers or students, that teachers most frequently used computers and the Microsoft Office program, that the most common means of communication is e-mail, and identified many advantages and disadvantages that ICT brings.
