Abstract

Magistrska naloga temelji na analizi ekonomike za veliko mešano kmetijo Meško, kjer se ukvarjajo s perutninarstvom in govedorejo, pridelujejo pa tudi česen za Semenarno Ljubljana. V magistrski nalogi je predstavljena ekonomska analiza kmetijske proizvodnje, ki se nanaša samo na perutninarstvo. Namen naloge je, da s pomočjo kalkulacij skupnih stroškov, ocenimo ekonomičnost reje piščancev na kmetiji Meško. Za oceno ekonomske upravičenosti investicije smo uporabili metode kalkulacij skupnih stroškov in simulacijskega modeliranja. Sledila je finančna analiza investicije. Višina investicije je bila ocenjena na 500.000,00 €. Letni denarni tok reje piščancev je znašal 63.999,83 €, skupni stroški za analizirano panogo so znašali 25.720,43 €. S pomočjo kalkulacij skupnih stroškov smo ocenili koeficient ekonomičnosti, ki znaša Ke = 3,19. Nato smo ocenili parameter NSV pri 5 % obrestni meri, ki je znašal 31.609,08 €. S tem smo ugotovili, da je poslovanje analizirane kmetije ekonomsko upravičeno in da je gradnja novega hleva na kmetiji smiselna, saj bi se investicija ob trenutnih odkupnih cenah piščancev povrnila v 11. letu. Ocenili smo tudi ISD. Izračunan ISD znaša 6,18 %. NSV takrat znaša 16,84 €. Raziskava je bila podkrepljena še s S.W.O.T. analizo, kjer smo analizirali prednosti, slabosti, priložnosti in nevarnosti izbrane investicije, saj so investicije ena od najtežjih, hkrati pa tudi najpomembnejših odločitev pri vodenju podjetja ali kmetije.

Secondary title: Analysis of investment in new building stable for chickens on meško farm
Secondary abstract: ǂIn ǂthis master thesis, the economic analysis of agricultural production at the mixed Meško farm is presented, which is engaged in cattle and chicken farming while also supplying garlic to Semenarna Ljubljana. The economic analysis of agricultural production were examined, focusing only on chicken farming. The purpose was to calculate joint costs and assess the economical aspect of chicken farming on the Meško farm. To assess the economic justification of the investment, the method of calculating joint costs and simulation modelling was used. The financial analysis of the investment was presented next, along with the investment cost which was estimated at 500.000,00 € and yearly cash flow from the chicken farming sector, which was 63.999,83 €. The joint costs totalled at 25.720,43 €. We calculated the economic coefficient, which was Ke = 3,19. Later on, we estimated the NSV parameter with a 5 % interest rate, which added up to 31.609,08 €. We established that the business performance of the analysed farm is economically justified and the building of a new barn is reasonable because the investment with current costs would already return in the 11th year. We also calculated the ISD. The calculated ISD totalled 6,18 %. NSV would then total 16,84 €. A S.W.O.T. analysis was also undertaken, with which we analysed the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, and dangers of the chosen investment since investments are one of the hardest and most important decisions to make when managing a company or a farm.
