Abstract

V sodobnem poslovnem svetu predstavljata motivacija in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih eno najbolj kompleksnih nalog managementa.

Too few are aware that they are very motivated, skilled and satisfied employees are a key cornerstone of successful management and development company. Motivation is the natural laws that man's wife, pulling and helps guide the life energy. We have to realize that motivating others is not so easy. It is composed of two parts. In the theoretical part, we identify what the motivation and management, who are employed in health care and the role of leaders in motivating employees in health care. The empirical literature work we used to compare the responses we have obtained with interview, which was performed by one of the main nurses. We found that the motivation of employees in health care is very difficult because they have a lot of knowledge in the field of management, establishing collaborative culture, teamwork, communication, motivation, and shall have jurisdiction only to motivate the intangible factors, but have no impact on cash prizes it means a lot to employees. Leader in health care should be aware that very responsibility not only to ourselves but also to the staff who run them and to patients who are consumers of health care services.
