Abstract

Za uspešnim podjetjem stoji sistem upravljanja s človeškimi viri, ki jim omogoča razvoj, izobraževanje in to v smislu inovativnosti, ustvarjalnosti, motiviranosti. Priznavanje človeških virov kot najpomembnejše premoženje organizacije pomeni ustrezno ravnanje z njimi. To je navsezadnje ključ do uspeha. Tudi ko gre za konkurenčne prednosti podjetja, mnogi avtorji priznavajo, da imajo pri tem ključno vlogo kakovostni človeški viri. Treba je razumeti, da veliko novosti, novih situacij, ki motijo našo stabilnost, ne bodo minile. Prihajale bodo vedno nove, drugačne. Izzivi bodo težji. Druga polovica 20. stoletja je na gospodarskem in drugih področjih prinesla popolnoma neslutene spremembe in izzive, ki so močno spremenile ustroj in delovanje celotnega sveta. Priča smo bili razvoju na številnih področjih, pri katerih še posebej izstopa informacijsko komunikacijska tehnologija in seveda razvoj interneta. Zaradi vseh teh sprememb lahko danes upravičeno rečemo, da imamo svet na dlani. Ob boku globalnega razvoja pa predvsem v zadnjem desetletju intenzivno poteka še en izjemno pomemben proces, ki močno vpliva na naše bivanje in delovanje – digitalizacija. Digitalizacija je omogočila, da so informacije začele potovati s svetlobno hitrostjo. S tem je začela ustvarjati hitre in nenehne družbene premike, ki se jim moramo ustrezno prilagoditi, če želimo, da bo naše podjetje v prihodnosti še obstalo na trgu. To prinaša številne izzive predvsem že uveljavljenim tradicionalnim srednjim in večjim podjetjem. A na drugi strani digitalizacija in globalizacija odpirata tudi ogromno priložnosti. Zdaj so se vse hitreje začele razvijati tudi digitalne tehnologije, ki močno vplivajo na celotno svetovno gospodarstvo in družbo. Digitalna revolucija spreminja ustroj tega sveta in pred tem si ne smemo več zatiskati oči. V tem trenutku lahko zagotovo rečemo, da je zdaj digitalizacija tista, ki poganja globalizirani svet. Z njo pa se moramo intenzivno in sistematično ukvarjati, saj lahko le na tak način tako pomemben proces obrnejo podjetja sebi v prid. Misel usmeritve razmišljanja dane naloge je v tem, da v vsej tehnologiji, razvoju, internacionalizaciji navkljub, ne smemo pozabiti na najpomembnejše – človek je vrednota in ne potrošni material.

Secondary abstract: A successful company is a human resources management system that enables them to develop, educate and in terms of innovation, creativity and motivation. Recognizing human resources as an important asset of an organization means treating them appropriately. This is, after all, the key to success. Even when it comes to a company’s competitive advantages, many authors acknowledge that quality human resources play a key role in this. It must be understood that great innovations, new situations that disrupt our stability, will not pass. There will always be new, different ones. The challenges will be even more difficult. The second half of the 20th century brought completely unforeseen changes and challenges in the economic and other fields, which dramatically changed the structure and functioning of the whole world. We are witnessing developments in many areas, especially information and communication technology and, of course, the development of the Internet. Because of all these changes, we can rightly say today that we have the world in the palm of our hand. Along with global development, especially in the last decade, another extremely important process is taking place, which has a strong impact on our lives and work - digitalisation. Digitization has allowed information to begin to travel at the speed of light. With this, it has started to create rapid and constant social shifts, which we must adapt to if we want our company to remain on the market in the future. This brings many challenges, especially to the already established traditional medium and large companies. But on the other hand, digitalisation and globalization also open up enormous opportunities. Now, digital technologies, which have a profound impact on the global economy and society, have also begun to develop more and more rapidly. The digital revolution is changing the structure of this world, and we must not close our eyes to it. At this point, we can say for sure that digitalization is now driving the globalized world. However, we have to deal with it intensively and systematically, because only in this way can companies turn such an important process to their advantage. The idea of directing the thinking of a given task is that in all technology, development, internationalization, we must not forget the most important thing - human is a value and not a consumables.
