diplomsko delo

V sklepu smo s pomočjo predelane literature zapisali naše ugotovitve in podali lastno mnenje glede obravnavane teme.

Sekundarni povzetek: Continuous advances in technology and digitalization are constantly changing the way the whole world works and we are constantly having to adapt to all the changes brought about by technological progress, both from the perspective of individuals, the business world and, consequently, from the perspective of human resources management. Digitalization and Industry 4.0 have brought many positive changes, such as increased productivity, employee relief, time efficiency, cost reduction and many other benefits, but at the same time they also present many problems and concerns, particularly on the part of employees. What impact will digitalisation have on the labour market? Will automation and the associated artificial intelligence replace the human pair of hands and lead to technological unemployment? Will we even be able to get into a profession without the right level of digital competences? What will the professions of the future look like? Are new, more flexible forms of work leading to labour exploitation? What about older workers? These are just a handful of the questions that digitalisation has brought with it. Whether we like or dislike the changes that digitalisation has brought, we cannot avoid them. Throughout this thesis, we have presented digitisation and Industry 4.0 and their impact on human resources management and the labour market. We looked into their impact on professions, forms of work, competences required and training methods. Our thesis consists of a theoretical part and a case study. In the conclusion, we have written our findings with the help of the literature we have consulted, and we have given our own opinion on the topic.
