Abstract

Z uvedbo uspešnega managementa človeških virov je mogoče doseči cilje podjetja in povečati njegov uspeh. Vse dejavnosti poslovnega procesa so odvisne od človeških virov, zato je treba management človeških virov obravnavati kot ključni del poslovne strategije. Šport ima pomembno vlogo pri izboljšanju zdravja, učenju novih veščin, razvijanju individualne samozavesti in timskega dela. Za dobro in uspešno delovanje mora biti športni sistem dobro zasnovan in organiziran na lokalni in državni ravni. Nenehna vlaganja v šport spodbujajo aktivno ukvarjanje s športom in krepijo športni sistem. V magistrski nalogi smo predstavili management človeških virov v športnem klubu in analizirali RK Krško. Ker je to področje še dokaj neraziskano, bi ga bilo smiselno v prihodnje bolj temeljito raziskati, saj lahko prispeva k boljšim rezultatom v športnih klubih. Magistrsko nalogo smo razdelili na dva dela. V prvem delu smo predstavili teoretične osnove in opredelili razlike med tradicionalnim managementom in managementom človeških virov v športu. V drugem delu smo povezali teoretično znanje z raziskovalnim delom. Podrobno smo predstavili RK Krško in anketni vprašalnik, na podlagi katerega smo ugotovili soodvisnost managementa človeških virov in rezultatov kluba. Aktivnosti managementa človeških virov v RK Krško so glede na rezultate ankete ustrezni. Na podlagi ugotovitev smo podali tudi možnosti za izboljšave in nadaljnje analize.

Secondary abstract: With the introduction of successful human resource management, it is possible to achieve the company's goals and increase its success. All business process activities depend on human resources, so human resource management should be considered as a key part of business strategy. Sport plays an important role in improving health, learning new skills, developing individual confidence and teamwork. For good and successful operation, the sports system must be well designed and organized at the local and national level. Constant investment in sports encourages active participation in sports and strengthens the sports system. In the master's thesis we presented the management of human resources in the sports club and analyzed the RK Krško. We decided for this topic because this area is still relatively unexplored and it would be sensible to explore it more thoroughly in the future, because it can provide better results in sports clubs. We divided the master's thesis into two parts, in the first part we covered the theoretical basis and defined the differences between traditional management and human resource management in sports. In the second part, we connected theoretical knowledge with research work, presented in detail RK Krško and a questionnaire, based on which we determined the interdependence of human resource management and club results. According to the results of the survey, the activities of human resources management in RK Krško are appropriate, and we also provided opportunities for improvements and further analyzes.
