Abstract

Družina ima občutno vlogo v življenju predšolskega otroka. Potrebno je poznati dejavnike, ki vplivajo na vzgojno moč družine, in prek njih ustrezno vplivati na otroka, njegovo socializacijo in razvoj osebnosti. Predšolski otrok lahko zaradi neustrezne komunikacije v družini, nezdravih družinskih odnosov, neustreznega položaja v družini in pomanjkanja čustvenih odnosov utrpi različne stiske in strah. Pomembna je vloga in pomoč vrtca oz. strokovnih delavcev. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu je predstavljena družina, njeno okolje, socializacija v družini, družbeno okolje in razvoj osebnosti predšolskega otroka. Predstavljeni so nekateri dejavniki, ki vplivajo na vzgojno (ne)moč družine, čustveni in socialni razvoj ter stiske in strah predšolskega otroka. Predstavljena je vloga vrtca ter oblike pomoči vzgojiteljev in svetovalnih delavcev v primeru otrokove stiske. V empiričnem delu so predstavljeni rezultati in interpretacija intervjujev, ki smo jih izvedli z vzgojitelji in s svetovalnimi delavci iz različnih vrtcev. Zanimalo nas je, kakšno je mnenje vzgojiteljev in svetovalnih delavcev o tem, kako nekateri dejavniki vplivajo na vzgojno moč oziroma nemoč družine. Glede na dobljene rezultate ugotavljamo, da večina vzgojiteljev in svetovalnih delavcev meni, da lahko dejavniki, ki vplivajo na vzgojno (ne)moč družine, vplivajo na predšolskega otroka pozitivno ali negativno.

Secondary abstract: The family plays a significant role in the life of a preschool child. It is important to understand the factors that affect the family's capacity of moral upbringing, and through them guide and influence the child, their socialization and development of personality. A preschool child can suffer various hardships and fears as a result of inadequate communication in the family, unhealthy family relationships, inadequate position within the family and lack of emotional connection. The role and help of the kindergarten and professional workers is important. The diploma thesis consists of theoretical and empirical parts. The theoretical part focuses on the family, its environment, socialization in the family, social environment and development of personality of the preschool child. Some factors that affect the family's (in)capacity for moral upbringing, emotional and social development, and the hardships and fears of the preschool child are presented. The role of the kindergarten is presented along with different forms of assistance offered by educators and counsellors in case of a child's distress. The empirical part presents the results and interpretation of interviews conducted with educators and counsellors from different kindergartens. We were interested in the opinion of educators and counsellors on the impact of certain factors on the family's (in)capacity for moral upbringing. Based on the obtained results, we find that most educators and counsellors believe that the factors affecting the family's (in)capacity for moral upbringing can affect the preschool child either positively or negatively.
