Abstract

Motivacija vpliva na vedenje posameznikov, med drugim tudi na njihovo delovno uspešnost. Namen dela je, med drugim, opredeliti delo na daljavo, motivacijo in dejavnike, ki vplivajo nanjo, s pomočjo motivacijskih teorij, preučiti motivacijo zaposlenih s področja socialnega varstva pri pri delu od doma in možne strategije motiviranja. Poleg tega je bil namen ugotoviti razlike med motivacijo glede na lokacijo dela in njen vpliv na delovno uspešnost zaposlenih.

Secondary abstract: Motivation affects the behavior of individuals, including their work performance. The purpose of the work is, among other things, to define remote work, motivation and factors influencing it, with the help of motivational theories, to study the motivation of employees in the field of social protection at work from home and possible motivation strategies. In addition, the aim was to identify differences between motivation according to the location of work and its impact on employee performance.
