Povzetek
Odnos do dela in motivacija sta pomembni temi, o katerih je bilo napisanih ogromno člankov, opravljenih raziskav in ki sta ključni, kadar govorimo o delu. A vendar se časi in generacije spreminjajo, zato smo se v tem diplomskem delu odločili, da bomo podrobno raziskali obe temi. Najprej smo v teoretičnem delu raziskali pojma motivacija in odnos do dela; predstavili smo tudi razlike med generacijami, da bi dobili boljšo podobo o tem, kako sta se motivacija in odnos do dela spreminjali v času. V raziskovalnem delu smo izvedli anketo, kjer smo ugotovili, da anketirance najbolj motivirata plača in ugodnosti. S tem podatkom smo lahko tudi potrdili prvo zastavljeno hipotezo. Drugo hipotezo, v kateri smo trdili, da zaposlitev nima nobenega vpliva na splošno zadovoljstvo anketirancev, smo morali zavrniti. Predpostavljali smo, da imajo mladi v teh letih druge prioritete in da na zaposlitev gledajo le kot na vir zaslužka; torej to na njihovo zadovoljstvo v življenju ne vpliva. Odgovori anketirancev so nam pokazali, da ima pravzaprav zaposlitev pomemben vpliv na njihovo zadovoljstvo v življenju. Naše ugotovitve so koristne, saj imamo lahko z njimi podroben vpogled na dejansko stanje mladih in njihov odnos do dela in kaj jih motivira.

Attitude towards work and motivation are important topics about which a lot of articles have been written and research has been done and which are key when we talk about work. However, times and generations change. In this thesis, therefore, we decided to research both topics in detail. First, in the theoretical part, we researched the concept of motivation and attitude to work. We also presented the differences between generations to get a better picture of how motivation and attitude to work changed over time. In the research part, we conducted a survey where we found that the respondents were most motivated by salary and benefits. With this data, we were also able to confirm the first hypothesis. We had to reject the second hypothesis in which we claimed that employment does not affect the general satisfaction of the respondents. We assumed that young people in these years have other priorities and that they see employment only as a source of income, i.e. it does not affect their life satisfaction. The respondents' answers showed us that employment really has a significant impact on their satisfaction in life. Our findings are useful because, with them, we can have a detailed view of the actual situation of young people and their attitude to work and what motivates them. |
