Abstract

V magistrski nalogi smo reševali problem v intralogistiki v podjetju SIJ Ravne Systems. Analizirali smo proces transporta orodja na CNC stroje in proces transporta brusnih segmentov na brusilne stroje. Pri prvem procesu smo izvedli logistično analizo, kjer smo si pri pridobivanju podatkov pomagali s QR-kodami. Pri procesu transporta brusnih segmentov smo podatke pridobili s strani podjetja. Glede na analizo podatkov smo se nato odločili za uporabo AMR in temu primerno tudi sestavili načrt s koraki vse do implementacije AMR v proizvodnjo. Glavna naloga je bila konstruiranje in izdelava modula, ki služi za priklop AMR na regal. Tako modul kot tudi regal smo razvili od ideje pa vse do prototipa.

Secondary abstract: In the master thesis we solved the problem of intralogistics in the company SIJ Ravne Systems. We analysed the process of transporting CNC tools to CNC machines and the process of transporting abrasive segments to grinding machines. In the first process we performed a logistical analysis, where we used QR codes to help obtain data. In the process of transporting abrasive segments, we obtained company data. Based on the data analysis, we decided to use AMR and accordingly developed a plan with steps all the way to the implementation of AMR in production. The main task was to design and manufacture a connection module that serves to connect the AMR to the shelf. From idea to prototype we developed both, a module and a shelf.
