diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega programa
Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo predstavili raziskavo, ki je bila izvedena v Univerzitetnem kliničnem centru Ljubljana na oddelku za intenzivno terapijo. Njen namen je bil ugotoviti, kako zaposleni doživljajo posamezne dimenzije organizacijske klime, poleg tega pa še njihovo zadovoljstvo in kaj jih najbolj motivira pri opravljanju dela.
Teoretični del obsega predstavitev posameznih dimenzij organizacijske klime, njen vpliv na posameznikovo vedenje, načine njenega preučevanja in merjenja ter pomembnost zadovoljstva zaposlenih na delovnem mestu.

In this thesis we present study, which was carried out in the Clinical Centre Ljubljana, department of Intensive Care. Its purpose was to determine how employees are experiencing specific dimensions of organizational climate, and furthermore their satisfaction and motivating factors at work.
The theoretical part contains presentation of different dimensions of organizational climate, its impact on individual behaviour, ways of its study and measurement, and the importance of employee satisfaction at working place. |
