Abstract

V magistrskem delu smo predstavili psihodinamične elemente komuniciranja posameznika in dinamiko negovalnega tima. Raziskovalna metodologija. V raziskavi je uporabljena kvantitativna metodologija. Za analizo podatkov smo uporabili deskriptivno statistično metodo s frekvenčno distribucijo in grafičnim prikazom. Rezultati ankete so obdelani s pomočjo računalniških programov Microsoft Office Word 2010 in Microsoft Office Excel 2010 ter PASW Statistics 18. Rezultati raziskave.

To analyse the results descriptive statistical method, with calculations of frequency distribution and graphic display, was used. Results of the questionnaire were analysed using computer programs Microsoft Office Word 2010, Microsoft Office Excel 2010 and PASW Statistics 18. Results. Results of the questionnaire showed that communication has an enormous effect on interpersonal relations in nursing teams. Members of nursing teams are convinced that communication between them is of poor quality. According to data, acquired with the questionnaire, 29 (69%) participants believe that lack of time, work overload and inefficient information exchange are the most frequent obstacles for successful communication. At workplace nurses are exposed to many different stress factors. Conclusion.
