(diplomsko delo)
Metodologija raziskovanja.
Najpogostejši stresorji so finančni dejavniki, delovni čas in pomanjkanje osebja. Medicinske sestre, v primerjavi z zdravstvenimi tehniki, doživljajo določene stresorje intenzivneje. Ti so preobremenjenost na delu in časovni roki za opravljanje delovnih nalog. Zdravstveni tehniki kot intenzivnejše stresorje navajajo izobraževanje in manjšo možnost profesionalnega napredovanja.
Sklep.

This thesis defines theories of stress, elements that cause stress, and also displays some level tests. In that way I wish to show how to withstand stress. In all areas of work have recently been increasing interest in the origins and consequences of stress. It is expected that a nurse who work in the hospital, is much more vulnerable to stress than those nurses who work in primary care.
Purpose. Study was to determine people’s response to stress, to show the impact of stress on people’s health, and to identify causes of stress for nurses and medical technicians. We will also demonstrate the potential of action for protection against stress in working life and maintaining good relation ships.
Research methodology. The research was conducted on the basis of quantitative methodology. The data were gathered with the aid of the structural questionnaire. Questionnaire about the factors of stress in the work place is based on a standardized questionnaire Occupational Stress Questionnaire. 40 nurses and medical technicians employed in intern clinics in Split have filled out the questionnaire. We illustrated the gathered date with the help of the computer program Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel and presented them in the form of graphs and tables.
Results. The results show that medical personnel in hospital experience various high intensity stressors. In most cases, stressors include financial reasons, working hours, and lack of medical personnel. Compered to medical technicians, nurses feel some stressful situations with higher intensity, like following: overwork and working schedule. Medical technicians usually indicate lack of education and possibilities to advance professionally as intense stressors.
Conclusion. Results were expected because nurses and medical technicians feel dissatisfied with working conditions in health care system; mostly financial conditions (inadequate salaries, material resources), lack of medical personnel, and work organization. All those elements cause overwork, which causes stress. |
