Abstract

Jasno definirani cilji so bistvenega pomena za uspešno podjetje, saj le ti posameznikom in timom pomagajo razumeti, kaj se od njih pričakuje. Poleg ciljev mora podjetje srbeti tudi za razvoj zaposlenih, saj je razvoj zaposlenih eden od ključnih procesov, ki služijo uresničevanju ciljev in vizije organizacije. Diplomsko delo smo razdelili na teoretičen in raziskovalni del. V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili razvoj kadrov ter pristope k razvoju zaposlenih, kot so izobraževanje, napredovanje, nagrajevanje, motiviranje in medsebojni odnosi. Opredelili smo tudi letni razgovor, ki je orodje managementa pri spremljanju razvoja kadrov. V raziskovalnem delu smo predstavili podjetje in prikazali rezultate ankete izvedene v podjetju X. Anketo in pridobljene rezultate smo razdelili na posamezne sklope, ki so zajemali podatke o osebnem razvoju zaposlenih, o zadovoljstvu zaposlenih, o medsebojnih odnosih zaposlenih, o motivaciji zaposlenih ter o njihovem profesionalnem razvoju oziroma napredovanju. V zaključnem delu smo s pomočjo pridobljenih podatkov raziskav, podali ugotovitve in predloge. Posebno pozornost smo namenili izboljšanju stanja dejavnikov, ki so bili slabše ocenjeni s strani anketirancev oziroma zaposlenih v podjetju X.

Secondary abstract: Clear and defined goals are essential for a successful company because they help individuals and teams to understand what is expected from them. Company has to look after the growth and development of their employees as well, besides setting goals, because human resources development is one of the key processes leading to reaching of company goals and vision of the organization. This thesis is divided into theoretical and research part. In the theoretical part we present human resources development and approaches to employee development such as education, promotion, rewarding, motivation and interpersonal relations. We also defined annual interview as a tool of the management for observation of employee development. The research part includes presentation of a company and interpretation of the results of the survey done in the company X. The survey and gathered results are divided into separate parts which contain information of human resources development, employee satisfaction, inside relations, employee motivation and their professional development or career. With the help of the research data we present the findings and suggestions for improvement of those elements that were rated poorly by the employees in the concluding part.
