Abstract

Vsako podjetje se srečuje z odsotnostjo in odhodi zaposlenih. V diplomski nalogi sta predstavljena absentizem in fluktuacija v podjetju Iscar Slovenija d.o.o. V diplomski nalogi smo opredelili kadrovsko politiko, kadrovsko funkcijo, kadre in kadrovske vire ter razvoj kadrov. Del diplomske naloge se nanaša tudi na problem fluktuacije in absentizma, kjer smo opredelili vrste, vzroke in izračune. V empiričnem dlu smo predstavili podjetje, prikazalai problem absentizma in fluktuacija v določenem obdobju od leta 2003 do leta 2010.

Secondary abstract: Eavh company is faced with the absence and departures of employees. In this thesis is presented absenteeism and staff turnover in the company Iscar Slovenija d.o.o. In this thesis we have defined human resources, human resources function, personnel and human resources and human resources development. Part of this thesis concerns the problem of staff turnover and absenteeism, where types, causes and calculations are defined. In the empiricial part we introduce the company, introduce the problem of absenteeism and staff turnover in the specified period from 2003 to 2010.
