Abstract
Odjemalci so mnogokrat skeptični do marketinških aktivnosti, zato organizacije namenjajo veliko truda, da bi pridobile in zadržale njihovo pozornost. Pri tem ključno vlogo odigra marketinško komuniciranje podjetij, s katerim lahko slednja učinkovito, kreativno in informativno prenašajo sporočila in ideje do ciljnega občinstva ter tako vzbudijo želje in potrebe odjemalcev.
Rdeča nit diplomskega dela je bila priprava načrta za marketinško komuniciranje novoustanovljenega podjetja X. Kakovostni komunikacijski načrt je eden izmed ključnih dejavnikov, s katerim bo analizirano podjetje pridobilo in ohranilo nove odjemalce ter postalo bolj prepoznavno na slovenskem trgu.
V teoretičnem delu smo se ukvarjali z osnovami marketinškega komuniciranja, s posameznimi fazami komunikacijskega načrta ter z aktivnostmi, s katerimi dosežemo ciljno občinstvo, pri čemer smo se fokusirali na družbeni omrežji Facebook in Instagram.
V praktičnem delu smo s pridobljenim teoretičnim znanjem zasnovali načrt marketinškega komuniciranja za obravnavano podjetje.

Customers are often sceptical of marketing activities, so organizations put a lot of effort into gaining and retaining their attention. The key role in this is played by the company's marketing communication, with which companies can efficiently, creatively, and informatively convey messages and ideas to the target audience and thus arouse their wishes and needs.
The main topic of the diploma work was the preparation of a plan for marketing communication of company X, which is relatively newly established on the market. The quality communication plan is one of the key factors with which the analysed company will acquire and retain new customers and become more recognizable on the Slovenian market.
In the theoretical part, we dealt with the basics of marketing communication, individual phases of the communication plan and activities that reach the target audience, focusing on the social networks Facebook and Instagram.
In the practical part, we used the acquired theoretical knowledge to design a marketing communication plan for the company, which will be implemented in the fall. |
