diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija
Abstract
Zaposleni v podjetju so danes ključni dejavnik konkurenčne prednosti podjetja.

ORGANIZATIONAL KLIMATE AND EMPLOYEE SATISFATION IN COMPANY X |
Secondary abstract: |
Today, the employees of a company are a key factor regarding its advantage against the competition. More and more companies are aware of this, since more and more time and money is being spent on organisational climate research and employee satisfaction. Companies realize that satisfied employees work much better than dissatisfied, and at the same time, unmotivated ones. The success of a company thus, to a great extent, depends on the employees. Organisational climate, however, depends on the employees' opinion regarding their own work, the organisation of work, rewards, management, and the mutual relations, interests and wishes of employees about their work, their career and their education.
The first part of the thesis deals with organisational climate theory, the factors that create it and the factors that measure it. Part of the theoretical section of the thesis also deals with employee satisfaction, which is one of the most important factors next to organisational climate. The second part of the thesis, however, presents the organisational climate research of the company, which is in accordance with SiOK standards. |
