diplomsko delo

Abstract

Rezultate anketnega vprašalnika smo ustrezno komentirali in opremili z grafičnimi prikazi. Ugotovili smo, da imajo vse generacije dober odnos do dela in da do razlik prihaja predvsem zaradi drugačnih vrednot, vzgoje in ekonomsko-gospodarske ureditve.

Secondary title: Issues of attitudes towards work between generations
Secondary abstract: Work is with us every step of the way, and our actions and behaviour reflect our attitude to work itself. The biggest problem facing the world is the ageing population. Through this problem, we come to realise that this is why four different generations meet together in the workplace. Over time, the meaning of work has changed, and different attitudes towards work have been shaped. In this thesis, we focus on four generations (Baby Boomers, Generation X, Generation Y and Generation Z) that are currently emerging on the labour market. The aim of the thesis was to find out what kind of attitudes towards work the different generations have and what differences there are in their attitudes towards work, and to investigate the reasons why these differences occur. The research methods used were descriptive, compilation, comparative, analytical and descriptive statistics. The survey was based on a questionnaire conducted among different generations. The thesis consists of a theoretical and an empirical part. In the theoretical part, we define the key concepts needed to understand the topic. In the empirical part, we present the results of a questionnaire to measure job satisfaction, work motivation, organisational loyalty, attitudes towards work and the experiences of other generations at work. The results of the questionnaire were duly commented and illustrated with graphs. The results show that all generations have good attitudes towards work and that the differences are mainly due to different values, upbringing and economic arrangements.
