Abstract

Digitalizacija spada med najpomembnejše naloge in cilje moderne družbe. Močan zagon in pomen je dobila med svetovno epidemijo, ki nas je doletela v zadnjih letih. Evropska komisija je obdobje med leti od 2021 do 2030 razglasila za evropsko digitalno desetletje. Uspešen proces digitalizacije družbe lahko omogočimo z nadgradnjo digitalne kompetentnosti učencev, kar pa lahko zagotovimo z ustrezno usposobljenim kadrom v izobraževalnih ustanovah. V magistrskem delu smo pripravili pregled digitalnih kompetenc zaposlenih v izobraževanju. Raziskali smo različna orodja za merjenje stopnje digitalizacije izobraževalnih ustanov. Podrobno smo obravnavali orodje SELFIE, ki se je izkazalo za učinkovito in uporabno. Izvedli smo oceno stopnje digitalizacije izobraževalnega zavoda, v katerem so sodelovali vodstvo, zaposleni in učenci. Osnovni vprašalnik smo dopolnili z lastnimi trditvami. Na podlagi rezultatov smo prepoznali kritična in napredna področja ter za njih pripravili akcijski načrt za izboljšavo stopnje digitalizacije zavoda. Vanj smo po področjih zapisali digitalna orodja, ki jih bomo uvedli v svoje delo z učenci in v samo organizacijo učiteljskega zbora.

Secondary abstract: Digitalization is one of the most important goals of modern society. It gained strong momentum and importance during the global pandemic that has struck us in recent years. The European Commission declared the period between 2021 and 2030 as ‘Europe’s Digital Decade’. In order to successfully digitalize the society, we need digitally competent pupils. This can be achieved with suitably qualified staff in educational institutions. In the Master's thesis we prepared an overview of digital competences of educators. We researched various tools for assessing the level of digital capabilities in educational institutions. The SELFIE tool, which is an effective and useful tool, was discussed in detail. We assessed the level of digital capabilities in an educational institution. We combined the basic questionnaire with our own statements. Based on the answers from the school management, employees and pupils that participated, we identified critical and advanced areas and prepared an action plan to improve the level of digital readiness in the institution. The plan includes digital tools that will be introduced and used in the institution.
