Zdravstvena nega pacienta z diseminiranim plazmocitomom

Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo opisali bolezen diseminirani plazmocitom, ki je pogostejši pri starejših osebah. Predstavili smo vrste diseminiranega plazmocitoma, klinično sliko, zaplete bolezni ter zdravljenje. V raziskovalnem delu diplomskega smo izdelali študijo primera pacienta z diseminiranim plazmocitomom, pri katerem smo ugotavljali aktualne ter potencialne negovalne probleme in potrebe po zdravstveni negi. Podatke smo pridobili s pomočjo konceptualnega modela Virginie Henderson, pogovorom in opazovanjem pacienta ter pregledom in analizo medicinske in negovalne dokumentacije. Izdelali smo načrt zdravstvene nege ter predstavili aktivnosti medicinske sestre pri pacientu. V času obravnave so bili pri pacientu ugotovljeni naslednji negovalni problemi: neučinkoviti vzorci dihanja, kronična bolečina, nevarnost infekcije, utrujenost ter strah. Medicinska sestra v času obravnave posveča pacientu posebno pozornost pri zmanjšanju telesnih bolečin, mu nudi čustveno oporo ter deluje zdravstveno vzgojno.

Secondary abstract:	In the thesis we have present the disease multiple myeloma, which is more often in the elderly. We have present types of multiple myeloma, clinical presentation, complications and treatment of the disease. In the empirical part we have made a case study of a patient with multiple myeloma, in which we have determined the actual and potential nursing problems and nursing needs. Data were collected using a conceptual model of Virginia Henderson, interview and observation of the patient and the review and analysis of medical and nursing documentation. We have developed a plan of nursing care and activities presented by nurses to the patient. At the time of treatment were observed following nursing problems: ineffective breathing patterns, chronic pain, risk of infection, tiredness and fear. Nurse at the time of treatment pays special attention to reduce physical pain, she offers emotional support and does health education work.
