Abstract

Magistrsko delo z naslovom Tiflodidaktični pripomočki na temo slikanice Sovica Oka je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in praktičnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili vid in okvare vida, razvoj slepih in slabovidnih otrok, čute pri slepih in slabovidnih, vključitev slepih in slabovidnih otrok v vrtec, opismenjevanje slepih in slabovidnih, tipne slikanice ter otroško igro in njen pomen. V praktičnem delu smo izdelali tipno slikanico Sovica Oka ter štiri tiflodidaktične igre. Namen izdelave magistrskega dela je pridobiti izdelek, ki bo otrokom v predšolskem obdobju pomagal pri zgodnjem opismenjevanju v brajici in razvoju ter treningu tipa in vida slepih in slabovidnih otrok. Tiflodidaktične pripomočke smo preizkusili v praksi na domu dveh uporabnikov in pri videčih predšolskih otrocih. Pripomočke smo evalvirali na osnovi strukturiranega opazovanja in ocenjevalne lestvice za vsak pripomoček posebej. Na podlagi rezultatov smo ugotovili, da je zgodba Sovica Oka predstavljena zanimivo in tipno razumljivo. Pri vseh tiflodidaktičnih pripomočkih so upoštevane tipne zakonitosti, pripomočki so izdelani kakovostno in funkcionalno in so primerni za slepe in slabovidne otroke.

Secondary abstract: The master's thesis entitled Typhlodidactic Material on the Subject of Picture Book Big-Eyes the Little Owl consists of theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part we presented vision and vision impairments, development of blind and visually impaired children, senses in blind and visually impaired, inclusion of blind and visually impaired children in kindergarten, literacy of blind and visually impaired, tactile picture books and children's play and its meaning. In the practical part, we made a tactile picture book Big-Eyes the Little Owl and four typhlodidactic games. The purpose of the master's thesis was to obtain a product that will help children in the preschool period in early literacy in Braille and the development and training of type and vision of blind and visually impaired children. Typhlodidactic materials were tested in practice at the home of two users and sighted preschool children. The typhlodidactic material was evaluated on the basis of structured observation and an evaluation scale for each typhlodidactic material separately. Based on the results, we found that the story Big-Eye the Little Owl is presented in an interesting and tactile way. All typhlodidactic materials follow tactile laws and are made of high quality and function, thus suitable for blind and visually impaired children.
